Glow Beauty Professional Product Warranty Policy

At Glow Beauty, we understand the importance of reliable and high-quality spa equipment for your business or personal use. We are committed to providing you with exceptional products that offer effective performance. To ensure your investment is protected, we offer the following warranty policy:

1. 1 Year Warranty:
Each professional beauty machine purchased from Glow Beauty is covered by a 1-year warranty ("Warranty"). This Warranty is effective from the date of purchase of the respective machine. We stand by the quality of our products and are dedicated to resolving any issues that may arise during the warranty period.

2. Coverage:
The Warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur during normal use of the machine. It includes repairs or replacement of parts deemed faulty or defective by our technical team.  All products which pass the 30 day return mark for faulty goods, the customer must deal with the incurred costs such as return postage, resend postage and customs/import fees are to be met by the customer.  Please note that it is the customers responsibility to return the original machine to the manufacture for any fixes on the machine or if a replacement is to be sent then the original machine will still need to be returned.  

3. Exclusions:
The following items are not covered by the Warranty:

  • Consumable Items Such As Gels, Liquids, Cartridges, Or Tips.
  • Consumable Items Such As Skincare & Makeup Products.
  • Handheld Skincare Devices Including Probes & Attachments.
  • Makeup Brushes & Accessories.

4. Shipping Product Protection Guarantee:
We offer a 14-day shipping product protection guarantee. If your order includes damaged, new, or unused items, you have the right to return them within 14 days of delivery. This guarantee is separate from the Warranty and does not affect your rights under the Warranty.

5. Exceptions:
No exceptions will be made to the timelines provided in this policy. It is important to adhere to the specified timelines for warranty claims and returns.

Warranty Terms:

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions pertaining to the warranty of products purchased from glowbeautycase.co.uk:

  • Buyer Coverage: The Warranty applies solely to the original buyer who made the purchase on glowbeautycase.co.uk. It is not transferable unless approved in writing by the Glow Beauty Case legal team.
  • Commencement of Warranty Period: The 1-year Warranty period begins from the date of ordering your product.
  • Technical Support: The Warranty includes remote technical support, which involves comprehensive analysis of any issues and communication with our technicians via Zoom or FaceTime.
  • Exclusions: The Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accessories, and parts such as tips, handpieces, or other related items. Damage resulting from inappropriate use will void the Warranty.
  • Detailed Videos: Detailed MP4 videos must be supplied showing the full machine in use and the issues which it is facing. 
  • Fixing Solutions: The manufacture may send instructions on how your machine can be fixed or recommend a face to face zoom call to establish issues with the machine.  Customers must agree and adhere to these to ensure all information is present to the manufacture.
  • Free Replacement Parts: During the first 3 months of the Warranty, necessary replacement parts required to resolve any issues are provided free of charge.
  • Responsibility for Downtime: Glow Beauty Case is not liable for revenue loss due to downtime required for repair, replacement, or shipping time.  
  • Shipping Costs: The Warranty covers sourcing necessary replacement parts and providing advice and video instructions for installation. However, the customer is responsible for all incurred shipping costs. After 3 months, the customer is also responsible for the cost of replacement parts.
  • Replacement Device: If a replacement device is granted and the product has past the 30 day return period for faulty goods, then the customer is responsible for shipping costs/fees associated with the return and resending of a model (shipping costs will be to the manufacture factory in the country of origin), including costs relating to the original device being returned to the manufacture, and the Warranty timeframe remains the same as the original purchase.

Exceptions to Warranty:

The following circumstances void the Warranty:

  • Failure to provide evidence/information demonstrating the issues to be fixed.
  • Failure to follow usage instructions or misuse of the product.
  • Failure to participate in a Zoom video conference with Manufacture/Glow Beauty Case training staff if determined necessary by our technical support.
  • Lack of satisfaction with results achieved from using the product.
  • Refusal or neglect to provide requested evidence of the claimed defect or damage.
  • Alteration of the product by the buyer.
  • Accidental damage (e.g., earthquake, dropping the product).
  • Impact or insertion of foreign objects or application of harmful chemicals.
  • Normal wear and tear of the equipment.

Support After the Warranty:

Glow Beauty Case will continue to provide technical and related support after the warranty period; however, there may be associated costs for the buyer depending on the requirements. Replacement parts will always be available.

Please ensure you have read this warranty fully and be advised that any costs associated with the return/replacement of your machine are to be met by the customer.  This is a manufacture warranty and Glow Beauty Case LTD can not consume the costs for returning, import/export taxes, custom fees or any other shipping related fees.  

Notice Regarding Submission of Videos:

Please send any required videos to hello@glowbeautycase.co.uk for prompt assistance.

All videos must be provided to us in MP4 format.  We recommend that videos should be at least 2 minutes long and show the full spec of the machine, including the surrounding area of the machine.
