Shipping Costs

We provide free shipping on all orders.

No additional delivery charges are applied at checkout, including for:

• Large or specialist machines
• International shipments
  

Tracking Information

All orders are shipped using established courier partners such as Evri, DPD, DHL, and Yodel.

Once dispatched, you will receive:

• A tracking number
• Access to live tracking updates via the courier’s website
  

Please allow a short period for tracking information to update after dispatch.

International Orders & Customs

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, shipments are made under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

This means:

• Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included in your order
• These charges are determined by your local customs authority
• Payment may be required before final delivery

• Does not set or control these charges
• Cannot predict the amount payable
• Is not responsible for customs delays
  

Customers are advised to check local import regulations before placing an order.

Non-Payment of Customs Charges

If customs charges are not paid:

• The parcel may be held, delayed, or incur storage fees
• It may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed in accordance with local regulations
  

Please note:

• Non-payment of customs fees does not guarantee the return of the parcel
• Where a parcel is not returned to us, no refund can be issued
  

We strongly recommend prompt payment of any customs charges to ensure successful delivery.

Important Delivery Notice

If your purchase is intended for:

• Client treatments
• Training courses
• Business use
  

You must allow sufficient time for delivery.

We strongly advise that no appointments or services are scheduled until your equipment has been received, inspected, and tested.

• Loss of income
• Business interruption
• Delays caused by third-party logistics or customs processes
  

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders are processed quickly through an automated system.

Once an order has been:

• Processed, or
• Dispatched
  

Cancellation is no longer possible

If you no longer require the item, it must be:

• Accepted on delivery
• Returned in brand new, unused condition
• Complete with original packaging and all accessories
  

Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Non-Delivery Claims & Legal Declaration Requirement

All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services with delivery confirmation and signature upon receipt.

In the unlikely event that a customer reports non-delivery, Glow Beauty Case LTD will initiate a formal investigation with the courier. Please note that couriers rely on delivery scans, GPS tracking data, and photographic or signature evidence to confirm successful delivery.

Where a delivery is marked as completed by the courier, and evidence has been provided, any claim of non-delivery will be treated as a formal dispute of that evidence.

In such cases, the following will be required:

• Completion of a Legal Declaration of Non-Delivery
• Confirmation of the claim in writing
• Full cooperation with both Glow Beauty Case LTD and the courier’s investigation process
  

This declaration is a formal statement confirming that the goods have not been received. It may be used as part of an official investigation with the courier and, where necessary, submitted as supporting documentation in disputes with payment providers.

Customers should be aware that:

• Providing false or misleading information in relation to a non-delivery claim is a serious matter
• Any fraudulent claims may result in the claim being rejected
• We reserve the right to provide all evidence, including signed declarations, delivery confirmation, and correspondence, to couriers, insurers, and payment providers
  

Glow Beauty Case LTD fully supports legitimate claims. However, where confirmed delivery evidence exists, we will rely on this evidence when responding to any payment disputes, chargebacks, or claims raised through third-party providers.
