8. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Change of Mind Returns:

Where a return is requested due to a change of mind, the product must be returned in brand-new, unused, unopened and fully resalable condition.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, protective films, screen protectors, hygiene seals, cable ties, bags and supplied components must be present, intact and in their original condition.

Due to hygiene, safety and resale requirements, products that have been used, assembled, tested, activated, installed, damaged, marked, contaminated, altered, or which have missing packaging, removed seals, removed protective coverings or missing components will not be eligible for return acceptance or refund.

Glow Beauty Case LTD reserves the right to inspect all returned goods upon receipt and determine whether the returned item meets the required return conditions.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within two hours of placement and only where processing has not commenced.

Once processing, testing, fulfilment preparation or dispatch has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
