Glow Beauty Professional Product Warranty Policy:
At Glow Beauty Case LTD, we recognise the importance of dependable, high-quality spa equipment for businesses. This warranty policy applies exclusively to B2B (business-to-business) sales of large professional spa machines. As such, these sales are governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the agreed contract terms rather than consumer legislation.
1. Warranty Coverage:
Large Professional Spa Machines: Each machine is covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Repairs or replacements will be provided directly by the manufacturer we partner with. The replacement will be the same model or an updated version if the original model is discontinued.
Smaller Machines and Handheld Devices: These products are covered by a 6-month warranty. After this period, the warranty expires, and Glow Beauty Case LTD will no longer provide free repairs or replacements.
Spa and Salon Furniture: All furniture is covered by a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty applies exclusively to the original business buyer and is non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by Glow Beauty Case LTD.
2. Warranty Terms & Return Costs:
Within 30 Days of Purchase: If a fault is discovered within the first 30 days, the buyer is entitled to a refund or replacement, with return postage costs covered by Glow Beauty Case LTD.
After 30 Days: After the initial 30-day period, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs/import fees, and associated charges. This includes costs for returning the machine to the manufacturer for repairs or replacement and for shipping any replacement unit.
Replacement Parts: For the first 3 months, replacement parts are provided free of charge. After this period, the customer is responsible for the cost of parts and all related shipping fees.
After the initial 30-day period, the manufacturer may offer to send replacement parts if the customer has their own engineer available to install them, rather than returning the unit. However, please note that if this option is accepted, any work carried out by third-party engineers, electricians or anyone else will void the remaining warranty.
Manufacturer Repairs: The original machine must be returned to the manufacturer, with all shipping costs covered by the buyer. Repairs are performed directly by the manufacturer.
Replacement Devices: If a replacement is provided after the initial 30 days, the buyer must cover all return shipping costs and fees, including customs charges. The warranty timeframe remains the same as the original purchase.
If you are sending a product back to the manufacture under the terms of the warranty, then please ensure that you provide your order number, return address and any other information to which the Glow Beauty Case team ask you to place upon the parcel and also inside of the parcel. This will help the manufacture identify the parcel on return. It is also important to send to us any tracking information once the parcel has been sent so that this also can be sent to the manufacture to monitor its arrival.
Please also note that machines need to be well packaged when being returned. If machines are damaged in transit then Glow Beauty Case LTD can not be held liable. It is up to the customer to ensure optimal packaging for the return journey. The warranty will not cover any accidental damages caused. Please make sure you are fully aware of this when sending your machine back.
It is recommended that when returning the item that you send via a tracked and insured postal method. Glow Beauty Case LTD will not be liable for parcels lost in transit.
3. Warranty Process & Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting: Before authorising a replacement or refund, Glow Beauty Case LTD will conduct a troubleshooting process in collaboration with the manufacturer. This process will not exceed 30 days (unless there are public holidays, delays beyond our control, or if we are not provided with requested information in a timely manor). Buyers may be required to participate in remote support via Zoom or FaceTime and submit MP4 videos demonstrating the issue.
Evidence Requirements: Buyers must provide detailed video evidence showing the machine in operation and the surrounding area. Videos must be at least 2 minutes long.
Manufacturer Instructions: The manufacturer may provide repair instructions or recommend a face-to-face Zoom call to diagnose the issue. The buyer must follow these instructions to ensure a complete assessment.
4. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Consumable items (e.g., gels, liquids, cartridges, or tips).
Skincare and makeup products.
Probes, or attachments.
Makeup brushes and accessories.
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Failure to provide required video evidence.
Refusal to participate in remote troubleshooting sessions.
5. Shipping Product Protection Guarantee:
We offer a 14-day shipping product protection guarantee. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, with return shipping covered by Glow Beauty Case LTD.
6. Warranty Limitations:
Glow Beauty Case LTD is not liable for loss of revenue due to downtime required for repairs, replacements, or shipping delays.
The warranty becomes void if the product is altered, misused, or damaged by external factors.
7. Support After Warranty Expiry:
After the warranty period expires, Glow Beauty Case LTD will continue to provide technical support and replacement parts. All associated costs, including parts and shipping fees, will be the buyer’s responsibility.
8. Governing Law:
This warranty policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. It applies solely to B2B transactions and does not confer any consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

This warranty policy is legally binding upon the original business buyer and Glow Beauty Case LTD. By purchasing from Glow Beauty Case LTD, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or confirmation of receipt of the return.
