Professional Product Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy applies to products supplied by Glow Beauty Case LTD and forms part of the contractual agreement between the buyer and Glow Beauty Case LTD.
This policy applies primarily to business-to-business (B2B) transactions, governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
1. Warranty Scope
Large Professional Spa Machines
All large professional spa machines are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
During this period, faults arising from manufacturing defects will be resolved via:
- Repair, or
- Replacement (same or equivalent model if discontinued)
Replacement Parts
- First 3 months: Replacement parts supplied free of charge
- After 3 months: Customer is responsible for:
Cost of parts
All associated shipping costs
This includes probes, handles, accessories, and mechanical components.
Smaller Devices & Handheld Equipment
Covered by a 6-month warranty only.
After this period, no free repairs or replacements will be provided.
Spa & Salon Furniture
Covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Ex-Display / Second Units
Products sold as ex-display, second, or non-brand-new units:
- Covered by a 30-day limited warranty only
- Sold as seen
- No warranty, repair, replacement, or refund after 30 days
By purchasing such items, the buyer accepts these conditions.
2. Warranty Terms & Buyer Responsibilities
First 30 Days
Where a verified fault is confirmed within 30 days:
- A repair, replacement, or refund may be offered
- Return shipping may be covered where the fault is verified
After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day period:
The buyer is fully responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Insurance costs
- Import duties and export duties
- VAT and customs clearance charges
- Any associated courier or brokerage fees
This applies to:
- Sending the machine to the manufacturer
- Receiving repaired or replacement goods
3. Shipping Requirements (STRICT)
All warranty returns must be sent:
- Using a tracked and fully insured courier service
- Insured for the full purchase value
- Properly packaged to prevent damage
Failure to meet these requirements will:
- Void the warranty
- Transfer full liability to the buyer
Glow Beauty Case LTD and the manufacturer are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Recommended couriers include:
- DHL
- FedEx
- Royal Mail
- Parcelforce
Low-cost or untracked services are not acceptable.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Charges
All international warranty returns are subject to:
- Import duties
- Export duties
- VAT
- Customs clearance charges
These costs are:
- The sole responsibility of the buyer
- Not reimbursed under any circumstances
If charges are unpaid:
- The shipment may be refused, delayed, or destroyed
- The warranty claim will be considered void
No repair, replacement, or refund will be issued unless the product is successfully returned and received.
5. Damage in Transit
If goods arrive damaged:
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- A courier investigation will be initiated
Customers are strongly advised to allow this process to complete.
If the buyer chooses to proceed via warranty instead:
- All return shipping, customs, and associated costs remain the buyer’s responsibility
6. Manufacturer Repairs & Returns
All warranty repairs are handled directly by the manufacturer.
The buyer must:
- Return the original unit
- Provide tracking details
- Include order information within the parcel
A replacement will only be issued after:
- The original unit has been received and assessed
7. Replacement Parts & Third-Party Restrictions
Only manufacturer-approved parts may be used.
Use of:
- Third-party components
- Unauthorised engineers
- Modifications
Will:
- Void the warranty
- Invalidate CE compliance
- Potentially invalidate business insurance
8. Warranty Process & Evidence Requirements
Before any warranty claim is approved:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Full troubleshooting must be completed
- Video evidence must be provided (minimum 2 minutes)
- The device must be shown in operation
Buyers may be required to:
- Attend remote diagnostic sessions (Zoom/FaceTime)
- Follow manufacturer instructions
Failure to comply will result in:
- Delay or rejection of the claim
Once a fault is reported:
- The device must not be used
- Continued use voids the warranty
9. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Consumables (gels, liquids, cartridges)
- Cosmetic products
- Wear and tear
- Misuse or incorrect operation
- Improper installation
- Accidental damage
- Failure to follow instructions
- Failure to provide evidence
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Glow Beauty Case LTD is not responsible for:
- Treatment outcomes
- Client reactions
- Technique-related issues
10. Product Use & Operator Responsibility
All equipment is intended for professional use only.
The buyer is responsible for:
- Training
- Technique
- Client suitability
- Patch testing
No liability is accepted for:
- Burns
- Irritation
- Adverse reactions
11. Shipping Protection (Initial Delivery)
We offer a 14-day delivery protection period for verified transit damage.
After this period, all issues fall under standard warranty terms.
12. Warranty Limitations
Glow Beauty Case LTD is not liable for:
- Loss of income
- Business interruption
- Delays in repair or shipping
13. Post-Warranty Support
After warranty expiry:
- Technical support remains available
- Parts can be supplied
All costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
14. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
