Returns: We offer a 14-day returns window from receipt. Change of mind returns are at the customer's cost, including postage and any customs fees. For faulty or damaged items, contact us within 14 days with MP4 video(s) and photographs — do not send anything back without contacting us first, as our registered address is not manned and items sent there will be returned to sender. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us within 30 days of dispatch before raising any dispute.

Worry Free Insurance is available to add at checkout, providing cover for loss, damage, and delays in transit. We strongly recommend this for all orders, and consider it essential for orders valued over £250.

Where Worry Free Insurance has not been purchased, our liability for transit-related issues is limited to the terms set out in our returns and shipping policy. All non-delivery claims are subject to our Declaration of Non-Delivery process, which you agree to upon purchase.

Cancelation Requests: Our order processing system is fully automated; orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, and whilst we will endeavour to process cancellation requests made within this window, we cannot guarantee success, as no cancellation can be accepted once an order has been processed or dispatched.
