At Glow Beauty, we aim to ensure that every order is processed quickly and delivered safely. Below you’ll find information about our order processing times, estimated delivery times, and important details regarding international orders.
⏱ Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays and UK bank holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Deliveries are made by our courier partners Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on Sundays or UK public holidays.
Please allow additional processing time during peak periods or promotional sales.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 AM (midnight GMT) are processed from the next business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as courier delays, customs clearance, or adverse weather may affect final delivery dates.
💷 Shipping Costs
All orders include free shipping.
No additional delivery charges will be applied at checkout.
Larger machines and international orders are also shipped free of charge.
📦 Tracking Information
Orders are shipped using trusted couriers including Evri, DPD, DHL, and Yodel.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates are accessible through the courier’s website.
🌐 International Orders & Customs
Customers outside the UK are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Glow Beauty Case Ltd is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.
Customs regulations vary by country; please check your local rules before placing an order.

We recommend that you do not book treatments or client appointments until your item has arrived and been tested. Glow Beauty Case Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss of income or downtime caused by courier delays, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Customs & Import Fees (International Deliveries):
For any orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may be charged by the destination country. We ship using DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. This means that these charges are not collected by us at checkout and may instead be requested by your local customs authority or courier before delivery of your parcel. Such fees are determined solely by the governing customs authority in your country; they are not set, influenced or controlled by Glow Beauty.
Import duties and taxes are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid directly to the courier or customs office in order for the parcel to be released for final delivery. Glow Beauty is not liable for any customs-related charges and is unable to refund or reimburse these fees under any circumstances. Customers who are unsure about potential import charges are advised to check their local customs regulations prior to placing an order.
