Please note that all delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, postal strikes, weather conditions, or seasonal demand (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas).
We strongly advise against booking clients or treatments until your item has arrived and been tested. Glow Beauty Case LTD cannot be held responsible for any loss of income or downtime caused by postal or courier delays.

Important Delivery Notes

During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, sales periods), delivery times may be longer than usual.
Couriers may experience delays due to bad weather, industrial action, or customs processing.
Do not book clients or appointments for treatments using our machines before the item has arrived and been tested.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Tracking is always provided within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
We recommend monitoring your tracking regularly for updates on when your parcel is due to arrive.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, you must contact us within 48 hours so that we can launch an investigation with the courier.
Couriers use GPS scanning and photographic proof of delivery, which we will request on your behalf if needed. This information helps us resolve delivery issues quickly and fairly.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. This includes double-checking the house number or name, street details, and the correct postcode. Orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be recovered once shipped.
Please take extra care when placing your order, as parcels marked as undeliverable are typically destroyed by couriers rather than returned to us. In such cases, we are unable to issue refunds or send replacements, as the item is no longer retrievable. If you realise you’ve made a mistake with your address, please contact us immediately before your item is dispatched.
Import Duties & Taxes
For all international orders (including those outside the UK), please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are imposed by your local government and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Glow Beauty Case LTD is not liable for any customs charges, taxes, or import fees incurred. These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Refusal to pay such charges may result in the parcel being destroyed or returned to sender at your expense.
