Business-to-Business Basis

Glow Beauty Case LTD operates strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. All purchases made through our website, by invoice, or by any other means are deemed to be business-to-business transactions. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are purchasing as a business, trade professional, or organisation, and not as a consumer.

As a result, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other consumer protection legislation do not apply to your purchase. Instead, your contract with us is governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, and the terms and conditions set out herein.

All goods and services are supplied in accordance with these terms, which form the entire agreement between Glow Beauty Case LTD and the buyer.  This website is operated by Glow Beauty Case / Glow Beauty. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Glow Beauty Case / Glow Beauty. Glow Beauty Case / Glow Beauty offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Professional Training Requirement

All devices sold by Glow Beauty are strictly intended for professional use by trained and competent practitioners. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they (or the operator who will be using the equipment) have completed appropriate accredited training relevant to the device purchased, including safe operation, treatment protocols, contraindications, patch testing, and client suitability.

Glow Beauty may request proof of accredited training at any time before or after sale. Failure to provide valid evidence of training upon request will be considered a breach of these Terms and may void any warranty, return eligibility, or claim relating to product performance, treatment outcomes, or alleged injury. Glow Beauty accepts no liability arising from use of the equipment by untrained, unqualified, or improperly supervised individuals.

Use of the equipment by any person who has not received accredited training constitutes misuse and voids all warranties, remedies and claims under these Terms.”

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

We operate on a business to business basis.  By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Glow Beauty Case LTD works with a network of trusted manufacturers based in various locations around the world, including Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer a diverse range of high-quality, professional-grade products at competitive prices. All items are sourced from reputable facilities that meet our strict quality and compliance standards. As such, certain fulfilment and warranty processes may involve direct interaction with our overseas manufacturing partners.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS:
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Digital Goods & Online Courses
Digital goods, including online courses and downloadable materials, are non-refundable once an account has been created and access has been granted to the email address provided at checkout.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content is exempt from cancellation or refund rights once access has been provided.

By purchasing a course or digital product from us, you accept that these items cannot be cancelled or refunded once access has been issued.

USE OF PROFESSIONAL BEAUTY PRODUCTS & DEVICES:

All electrical beauty devices sold by Glow Beauty Case LTD are supplied strictly for cosmetic and personal care use only. They are not medical devices and are not designed or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

By purchasing and using these products, customers confirm that they are fit to do so and that they have no underlying health conditions which would make use of the product unsuitable. Customers must read, understand, and follow all safety instructions and user guidance provided with the product.

Glow Beauty Case LTD accepts no liability for injury, damage, or adverse effects arising from:

failure to follow the instructions provided;

unauthorised alterations or modifications to the product; or

use of the product outside of the recommended guidelines or for purposes other than cosmetic treatment.

As all sales are strictly business-to-business, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable business-to-business legislation, including the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, or any applicable product liability laws.

Professional Use Disclaimer
Some products sold on our website are explicitly marked as "for professional use only" or "for use by trained practitioners." Where this is stated on the product page, the buyer is deemed to have acknowledged and accepted this restriction at the time of purchase. Glow Beauty Case LTD accepts no liability for misuse, off-label application, or any adverse effect resulting from use by untrained individuals.

While we take reasonable steps to clearly label products intended for professional use, we cannot prevent individual consumers from purchasing them. It is therefore the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that they are qualified, trained, or under appropriate supervision to use any product marked for professional use only.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not extend to treatment outcomes or client reactions. Glow Beauty is not liable for any burns, itching, irritation, or other skin responses experienced during or after treatment. Such outcomes are dependent on correct usage, treatment protocols, and individual client sensitivities, all of which fall outside of manufacturer or supplier control.  By purchasing and using this equipment, the buyer accepts full responsibility for ensuring correct training, treatment protocols, and client suitability.

Normal Sensations During Use

Many of the professional devices supplied by Glow Beauty, including but not limited to ultrasonic cavitation, Radio Frequency (RF), and other aesthetic technologies, may produce normal, expected sensations during treatment. These may include internal ringing or high-pitched sounds caused by bone conduction during cavitation, mild warmth during RF treatments, temporary redness, or sensations associated with the transfer of ultrasonic or thermal energy.

Such effects are widely recognised within the aesthetics industry as normal physiological responses when these technologies are operated correctly. They do not indicate a product defect, malfunction, or safety issue.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer and/or trained operator to ensure they understand the expected sensations associated with each treatment, to conduct appropriate patch tests, to explain these sensations clearly to clients/models, and to adjust technique, pressure, gel usage and treatment settings as part of safe and competent practice. Glow Beauty accepts no liability where normal expected sensations are misinterpreted as faults or adverse reactions.  Reports of internal sound, warmth, pressure, or similar sensations shall not be treated as evidence of defect unless verified by Glow Beauty or the manufacturer following a formal technical assessment.

Evidence of Proper Installation, Training and Usage

Because all equipment supplied by Glow Beauty is for professional use only, any warranty claim, fault investigation, return request, or allegation of injury or malfunction is strictly conditional upon the Buyer providing clear evidence that the device has been installed, handled, and operated correctly by an appropriately trained professional. The Buyer must, upon request, supply Glow Beauty with information and evidence including, but not limited to: the accredited training qualifications of the operator, proof of correct installation and setup, demonstration of treatment technique, photos or videos of the device in operation, patch test records, treatment notes, and details of all products used in conjunction with the equipment.

Glow Beauty reserves the right to refuse, reject or delay any warranty claim, return, refund request or allegation of defect or injury where the Buyer is unable or unwilling to provide such evidence, or where improper use, incorrect technique, insufficient training, or unauthorised modification is identified. No remedy will be offered unless evidence demonstrates that the equipment has been used in accordance with professional standards, manufacturer guidelines, and these Terms.

Patch Testing, Expected Sensations and Technique-Dependent Outcomes

The Buyer acknowledges that all professional aesthetic treatments must be preceded by an appropriate patch test in accordance with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines and the Buyer’s own insurance requirements. The Buyer is responsible for completing and documenting patch tests for all clients or models prior to carrying out any full treatment.

The Buyer further acknowledges that many aesthetic technologies, including ultrasonic cavitation and Radio Frequency (RF), naturally produce expected sensations such as internal ringing or high-pitched sounds (due to bone conduction), warmth, vibration, or temporary erythema. These sensations are widely recognised within the aesthetics industry as normal physiological responses to correctly delivered treatment and do not, in themselves, indicate any fault, defect or safety issue.

Treatment outcomes for ultrasonic cavitation, RF and similar technologies are highly technique-dependent. The Buyer accepts full responsibility for ensuring correct movement, pressure, contact, gel usage, treatment duration and adherence to professional protocols. Glow Beauty cannot be held liable for reduced effectiveness, discomfort, adverse reactions, or misinterpreted sensations arising from improper technique, insufficient training, or deviation from recommended practice.

By proceeding with treatment, the Buyer confirms that they (or the operator acting on their behalf) understand the expected sensations associated with the technology in use, and that all clients/models have been informed accordingly.

Safe Application Areas (Cavitation & HIFU)

Cavitation and HIFU devices must only be used on appropriate areas of the body and must never be applied to the head, neck, chest, breast, heart region, or back area. Using Cavitation or HIFU in prohibited areas constitutes misuse and voids all warranties and claims.


Metal Jewellery and Implants

Cavitation, RF and HIFU treatments must not be performed on clients/models wearing metal jewellery. The operator must confirm whether the client has metal implants, dental work, medical devices, or internal metals in the treatment area. Using the equipment near metal constitutes misuse and voids all warranty or safety claims.


Ear-Related Conditions & Sensitivity (Cavitation)

Clients with tinnitus, hearing loss, middle ear infections, eardrum perforations, ear surgery, Ménière’s disease, hyperacusis or sound sensitivity may be unsuitable for Cavitation treatment. It is the operator’s responsibility to assess suitability and decline treatment where contraindicated.


Normal Cavitation Noise (Bone Conduction)

Cavitation naturally produces internal ringing or high-pitched noise through bone conduction. This is normal and varies between individuals. Internal sound does not indicate a defect, malfunction or safety issue.
Increased sound perception may occur from incorrect technique such as excessive pressure, poor angle, insufficient gel or working near bony areas.


RF Temperature Behaviour & Safe Use

RF heats the deeper dermal layers while keeping the epidermis within safe limits.
• Epidermal temperatures exceeding 42–43°C may cause burns.
• RF must be kept moving continuously.
• Adequate gel must be used at all times.
• Holding the RF head in one position is unsafe.

Incorrect RF technique constitutes misuse and voids all warranty or injury claims.


Technique-Dependent Results (Cavitation, RF & HIFU)

Results depend entirely on correct professional technique. Operator movement, pressure, gel usage, treatment duration, energy settings and client suitability directly affect outcomes and sensations.

Glow Beauty accepts no liability for:
• discomfort caused by incorrect technique
• lack of results due to operator handling
• excessive Cavitation noise caused by poor technique
• overheating from improper RF application
• improper treatment of contraindicated clients
• failure to perform required patch tests

Operator misuse voids all warranty and fault claims.


Patch Testing & Expected Sensations

The operator must perform a patch test before any Cavitation, RF or HIFU treatment.
The operator must also understand normal expected sensations such as internal Cavitation noise, warmth from RF, vibration and temporary redness. These sensations are not evidence of malfunction.

Proceeding with treatment confirms that the operator understands these sensations and has informed the client/model accordingly.


Evidence Requirement for Any Claim

All fault, return, performance or injury claims require the Buyer to provide:
• videos of device operation
• technique demonstration
• photos of installation and handpieces
• client suitability notes
• training credentials
• treatment settings and gels used

Glow Beauty may reject or delay claims where correct usage cannot be demonstrated or where improper technique is suspected.


Manufacturer Test Data Acknowledgement

Cavitation, RF and HIFU devices operate within normal power and temperature limits as confirmed by manufacturer test data. Perceived sound levels or temperature sensations that fall within expected ranges do not constitute a defect.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.  We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Customs, Duties and Import Responsibilities:

For any orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the customer acts as the importer of record in their destination country. As the importer, the customer is legally responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, clearance charges and any other import-related fees required by their local customs authority or courier before the goods can be released for delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are not collected by Glow Beauty at checkout. They are determined solely by the customs authority in the destination country and remain entirely outside of our control.

If the customer refuses or fails to pay the required import charges, the shipment may be held, returned to sender, or in some cases destroyed or abandoned by customs. Where a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, handling charges and any additional fees applied by the courier or customs authority. If a parcel is destroyed or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer accepts full liability for the loss of the goods and no refund, replacement or compensation will be issued.

By placing an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that Glow Beauty Case LTD is not liable for any customs-related delays, charges, refusals or destruction of goods caused by non-payment of import duties or taxes. Refusal or failure to pay such charges does not constitute non-receipt or non-delivery of the goods for the purposes of any dispute or chargeback, and we will provide evidence to the payment processor confirming that the customer, as importer of record, did not fulfil their legal obligations for the release of the shipment.

Our return address is NOT our registered address and therefore you must reach out to us to obtain this address.  Glow Beauty Case LTD will not be held accountable for parcels sent to an incorrect address.

Cancelling Your Order:  Customers MUST contact us via our email; hello@glowbeautycase.co.uk within 24 hours of placing an order for us to cancel it - provided the item has not yet shipped.  After this period we are unable to cancel orders due to the product movement.  Our dispatch team works 7 days a week to ensure orders move quickly and dispatch out to you fast.  If an order has already been sent for processing then we will not be able to cancel at this stage. Please note that you would be responsible for return postage to our UK address.

Online Courses & Digital Products – No Refund Policy

All online courses, eBooks, training materials, and any other digital products sold by us are supplied as digital content. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and agree that:

All Sales Are Final
Once your order is placed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered under any circumstances, whether or not you have accessed the product. This applies to both consumer and business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

Instant Digital Delivery
Access to digital content may be granted immediately after purchase. By completing your order, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital product will begin immediately and that you waive any right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

B2B Transactions
Where the purchaser is acting in the course of a trade, profession, or business, the purchase is governed by B2B law, which provides no statutory cancellation rights for digital content.

Chargebacks & Disputes
By accepting these terms, you confirm your understanding that online courses and digital products are non-refundable. Initiating a chargeback contrary to this policy constitutes a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to dispute and recover associated costs.

Bundles Including Courses (B2B Sales)
Where a bundle purchase includes both physical products and digital content (such as online courses or downloadable materials), the digital content element is strictly non-refundable once an account has been created and access has been granted to the email address provided at checkout.

All sales on this website are made on a business-to-business (B2B) basis, and therefore the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply to these transactions. Furthermore, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content is also specifically excluded from cancellation or refund rights once access has been provided.

Accordingly, under both B2B law and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital courses and online content cannot be refunded under any circumstances once access has been issued.

Refunds may only be considered for the physical items within a bundle, provided those items are returned unused, in their original packaging, and in brand new condition, in line with our standard returns policy.

Any refund for eligible physical items within a bundle will be calculated strictly on the basis of the itemised bundle breakdown, as displayed at the point of purchase, to ensure transparency and enforceability.

Booking Clients Before Machine Arrival – Disclaimer

At Glow Beauty Case, we strongly advise all customers, particularly businesses, not to book any clients or advertise treatments until their machine has been delivered and fully tested. While we strive to ensure timely delivery and a smooth setup process, unforeseen delays can occur that are beyond our control, including courier issues, customs clearance, or supply chain disruptions. Glow Beauty Case LTD will not be held liable for any loss of business, missed appointments, or promotional costs incurred as a result of delays or product-related issues. The responsibility for scheduling clients and marketing services rests solely with the individual customer, and we recommend allowing sufficient time for machine delivery, inspection, and trial before launching any business activity.

Appointment Scheduling Disclaimer

Please do not schedule any client appointments or services until your order has been delivered, checked, and set up in full. We are not liable for any loss of income, cancellations, or missed appointments resulting from delays in delivery or product setup. Delivery times are provided as estimates only and are clearly stated at checkout and on each product page.

Glow Beauty Case LTD cannot be held responsible for any delay-related losses, missed appointments, or lost income.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Restocking Fee: For items returned to us due to the customers error then we will require a 30% restocking fee.  This can be due to the incorrect address, incomplete address or the customer has not collected the item from their sorting office.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We will pursue all available legal remedies against the bank for breach of UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other relevant financial regulations. The bank will be held liable for the full amount of the chargeback, including any associated costs, legal fees, chargeback fees, and damages caused by the wrongful chargeback.

5. Chargeback Abuse for False ‘Non-Delivery’ Claims
