1. UK Business-to-Business Sales Only

Glow Beauty Case LTD supplies products exclusively to business customers, salons, clinics, beauty professionals, therapists, training providers and commercial organisations within the United Kingdom.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing wholly or mainly for business, professional or commercial purposes. You confirm that you are not purchasing as a consumer and that the purchase is being made for professional use within a business setting.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and other consumer protection legislation do not apply to your purchase where the transaction is made on a business-to-business basis.

2. United Kingdom Sales Only

Glow Beauty Case LTD now supplies products exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Whilst we have previously supplied customers in Europe and other international markets, changes to international trading requirements, product compliance expectations, customs procedures and our own business operations mean that we no longer accept, process or fulfil orders outside of the United Kingdom.

We only accept orders for delivery to UK addresses. We do not sell, dispatch or deliver products to the European Union or any other international destination.

Any order placed for delivery outside the United Kingdom, or where we reasonably believe the goods are intended for export outside the United Kingdom, may be cancelled at our discretion prior to dispatch. Where payment has already been received and the order has not been dispatched, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Glow Beauty Case LTD reserves the right to refuse any order where an overseas billing address, freight forwarding service, parcel forwarding company or export arrangement is used or suspected.

Glow Beauty Case LTD accepts no liability arising from misuse, incorrect application, operator error, inadequate training, unsuitable client selection, incorrect treatment protocols or failure to follow operating guidance.

5. Professional Training & Operator Responsibility

Where applicable, Glow Beauty Case LTD may request evidence of training, professional competence or suitable business use before providing technical guidance, warranty support or performance-related assistance.

Failure to provide requested evidence may affect warranty, support or performance-related claims.

The purchaser is solely responsible for operator training, client suitability assessments, patch testing, treatment protocols, safe operation of equipment and compliance with applicable UK laws, regulations and professional standards.

Treatment outcomes vary and remain the sole responsibility of the operator.

6. UK Order Processing & Dispatch

Glow Beauty Case LTD processes orders for customers within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are prepared, checked and dispatched through our approved fulfilment partners before being delivered to UK addresses using our selected courier network.

Dispatch locations may vary depending on stock availability and operational requirements. However, all orders are supplied for delivery within the United Kingdom only.

Processing times shown on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, quality control procedures, supplier schedules, courier capacity, seasonal demand and operational requirements.

Glow Beauty Case LTD shall not be liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, transport disruption, adverse weather, industrial action, system outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. UK Delivery, Risk & Customer Responsibility

All delivery timeframes provided by Glow Beauty Case LTD are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to the purchaser once the goods have been handed to the delivery courier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout, monitoring tracking information, ensuring someone is available to accept delivery where required, and arranging collection or redelivery where a courier requests this.

Failure to accept delivery, arrange collection or otherwise receive the shipment does not constitute cancellation of the order and does not automatically create any entitlement to a refund.

Where goods are returned to sender, delayed, stored, abandoned or subject to additional courier charges due to customer error, refusal, non-collection or failure to engage with the courier, Glow Beauty Case LTD reserves the right to deduct reasonable costs from any refund where applicable.

Delivery is deemed complete when the courier records successful delivery to the delivery address supplied at checkout.

8. Returns, Refunds & Manufacturer Warranty

Returns, refunds and warranty claims are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Before any refund, repair, replacement or warranty claim can be considered, the goods must first be returned to Glow Beauty Case LTD unless otherwise agreed in writing. All returned products are subject to inspection, testing and verification before any resolution is offered.

Products must be returned complete with all accessories, handpieces, cables, packaging, manuals, protective materials and supplied components where applicable.

Change of Mind Returns

Where a return is requested due to a change of mind, the product must be returned in brand-new, unused, unopened and fully resalable condition.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, protective films, screen protectors, hygiene seals, cable ties, protective bags and supplied components must remain present, intact and in their original condition.

Due to hygiene, safety and resale requirements, products which have been used, assembled, tested, activated, installed, damaged, marked, contaminated, modified or returned with missing packaging, removed seals or missing components will not be accepted for return unless required by law.

Glow Beauty Case LTD reserves the right to inspect every returned item upon receipt before determining whether the return conditions have been satisfied.

9. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled within two hours of being placed and only where processing has not commenced.

Once order processing, quality checks, testing, packing, fulfilment preparation or dispatch has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where cancellation is not possible, any subsequent request to return the goods shall be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Glow Beauty Case LTD reserves the right to cancel any order where payment verification, stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or other exceptional circumstances require cancellation. In such circumstances any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method.

10. Digital Products & Accredited Online Training

All digital products supplied by Glow Beauty Case LTD, including but not limited to eBooks, online training courses, accredited training programmes, downloadable content, digital manuals, templates and educational resources, are supplied electronically.

Once access has been provided, digital products are non-refundable except where required by law.

By purchasing digital content, you expressly request immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that once access has been granted, your right to cancel or request a refund for that digital content is waived.

Glow Beauty Case LTD accepts no responsibility where access cannot be obtained due to incorrect email addresses, internet connectivity, device compatibility or customer error.

11. Delivery Investigations & Missing Parcels

All orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services provided by our chosen courier partners.

Tracking information may include delivery scans, GPS location data, delivery photographs, signature confirmation, proof of delivery records and courier investigation reports.

Where a courier confirms successful delivery, such confirmation shall be treated as evidence that the goods have been delivered unless an official investigation concludes otherwise.
